Traffic Advisory – Cowie Hill Road – Water Valve Maintenance

(November 6, 2023) Halifax Water crews are performing water valve maintenance near 450 Cowie Hill Road, Halifax.

There is stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will be open.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
