Traffic Advisory – Thistle Street & Victoria Road Intersection – Water Valve Replacement
(April 27, 2023) Until 10:00 AM today, Halifax Water crews will be repairing a water valve near the intersection of Victoria Road and Thistle Street, Dartmouth. There will be stop-and-go traffic at this intersection. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
