Traffic Advisory – Windmill Road– System Upgrades on the Water Main
(February 12, 2025) On behalf of Halifax Water, Harbour Construction is on-site completing system upgrades on the water main near 312 Windmill Road, Dartmouth. This work will not impact water services in the area.

There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
This work is part of the Sunnydale Avenue infrastructure renewal project.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
