UPDATE: Water Service Advisory – Downtown Halifax – Water Main Repair
(August 4, 2023) Halifax Water crews have isolated the water main break. Customers in Downtown Halifax should see water pressure/water service return to normal shortly. Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. This repair work is taking place within an existing work area. Please follow any existing safety signage. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
