Halifax Water staff continue to monitor our systems throughout the storm. At this time, there are no service interruptions to report.

The safety of our employees is paramount. With weather conditions worsening, Halifax Water has recalled its operations staff. Once conditions have improved and it is safe, staff will be redeployed to begin work on infrastructure and make repairs on a priority basis.

If residents experience flooding or other storm-related issues impacting Halifax Water services, they should report them to our Customer Care Centre 24/7 Emergency Line at 902-420-9287.

To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
