Herring Cove Road and Braeburn Road – Wooden Stairway Replacement

Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that the wooden stairs located across from 49 Herring Cove Road that provide a pedestrian connection to Braeburn Road (near civic 14), in Spryfield, will be closed for the next two weeks.

The stairs will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, through until end of day Wednesday, Dec. 21, to facilitate a complete replacement of the stairway structure.

Residents and pedestrians are advised to take alternative routes for the duration of the stairway replacement project.

The municipality regrets any inconvenience the step replacement may cause.
