Tuesday, Mar. 8, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that utility pole installation will take place beginning today until Friday, Mar. 11, on Herring Cove Road, between Cowie Hill Road and Melwood Avenue. Crews will be onsite daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop and go traffic will be in place; motorists should expect delays and find alternative routes, where possible.
