Highway 2 – Continuing Road Construction

Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that microsurfacing work will continue tomorrow, Sept. 9, on Highway 2 between Fall River Road and the Fall River roundabout near Highway 102.

Crews will be on site at 9:30 a.m. and continue working until about 2:30 p.m. Lane drops will be in place during that time and there will be stop-and-go traffic.

Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this road work may cause.
