HRP investigate serious MVA


HRP patrol members responded to an injury motor vehicle acci­dent at 830am this morning. A lone adult male driver of an truck was driving out bound on the Bedford Hwy when he lost con­trol of his vehicle crashing in to a pole in the 200 block of the Bedford Hwy.


Police and EHS attend­ed the scene where the cause of the acci­dent was not able to be determined at th­at time. The driver of the vehicle susta­ined serious injuries and is currently in hospital.


Charges are expected to be laid under the motor vehicle act. The inc­ident is still under investigation.
