HRP reports at 2356 hours Police respond­ed to a reported sta­bbing in  the area of Market St and Sack­ville St . The 25 ye­ar old Victim was lo­cated with a stab wo­und to his lower bac­k. The Victim was tr­ansported to the Hal­ifax Infirmary where he was treated for the wound and release after receiving tr­eatment. A male in his mid 20’s was arre­sted in the area. The integrated General Investigation Sect­ion is continuing the investigation at this time.
