Halifax Regional Police has sworn-in 11 new police officers at a ceremony this morning. These officers come through a campaign launched last fall where HRP recruited cadets to attend the Atlantic Police Academy on PEI, with the intent of hiring them after they finished the program. The new officers will fill existing vacancies in the Patrol Division.
Friends and family attended the ceremony at the NSCC Waterfront Campus. Here are some photos from this great event.
