The HRP/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit is currently investigating a suspicious death in Dartmouth.
At approximately 4:25 pm emergency personnel responded to an apartment located in the 0-100 block of Pinecrest Drive to report of a 42 year old man in medical distress.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation is in its initial stages and police are treating the death as suspicious at this time.
