At 12:57 am on September 25th members of the Halifax Regional Police responded to the 0-100 block of Vimy Avenue in Halifax for an indecent act. 

The complainant reported she observed a male outside her bedroom window masturbating. When she called police the male fled. The area was checked by patrol officers as well as a K9 team., but he could not be located. The suspect is  described as a white male, no older than 35 years old, skinny build, clean shaven, long face with bigger nose wearing blue jeans and a dark hoodie with the hood up.
