Certain hair accessories and necklace styles are prone to breaking, presenting sharp points and edges. As of July 24, 2023, the company has received no reports of injuries or incidents in Canada.
Guidance for Consumers:
Customers are urged to stop using these recalled products. Products can be returned to any store selling Joe Fresh® apparel for a full refund, with no need for a receipt. No replacement products will be offered.
