Thursday, Feb.18, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that crews will be working tomorrow on Jubilee Road between Connaught Avenue and Bloomingdale Terrace. The work is being performed on behalf of Nova Scotia Power, and will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway at the intersection of Connaught Avenue and Jubilee Road.  Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
