Kings District RCMP continue to investigate hit and run incident, Wolfville, N.S.

Sunday will mark the one year anniversary of a hit and run that changed the life of a 23-year-old Wolfville woman forever. On November 2nd, 2013 at approximately 11:20 p.m.

Sunday will mark the one year anniversary of a hit and run that changed the life of a 23-year-old Wolfville woman forever.

On November 2nd, 2013 at approximately 11:20 p.m.

, a 23-year-old woman was hit by a vehicle in a Subway restaurant parking lot on Main Street. The driver immediately fled the scene. The woman was transported to hospital where she later lost a portion of her left leg as a result of her injuries. The vehicle was quickly located and seized by the RCMP, however investigators were unable to determine who the driver was at the time of the incident. Kings District RCMP believe there are people in the community with that information and are asking citizens to please come forward with any details they have.
