Friday, Aug. 21, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that crews will be paving on Lake Major Road in Dartmouth tonight and this weekend, between Crane Hill Road and the Ernst Mill Bridge.

Crews will begin paving tonight at 6 p.m. and continue until about 9:30 p.m. The work will resume on Saturday, Aug. 22, at 8 a.m. and end no later than 7 p.m. If needed, crews will finish the work on Sunday, Aug. 23, starting at 9 a.m.

Motorists should expect delays in the area while this work is underway and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this road work might cause.
