Enthusiasm was in the air during an "old-fashioned" ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Larry Uteck Interchange. Among those present were Mayor Peter Kelly, Councillor Tim Outhit, Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal Minister Bill Estabrooks and MP Gerald Keddy. The new interchange will be open to traffic this weekend.
