At approximately 8:00 pm Halifax Regional Police responded to a break and enter that had just occurred in to a laundry room in an apartment building on McFatridge Rd in Halifax. Shortly after responding to this call, the suspect was located walking on Dutch Village Rd and was subsequently arrested. A 47 year old male is in custody facing charges of break and enter, mischief and possession of break in instruments. He will be appearing in Halifax Provincial Court on Thursday December 9, 2010.
