A Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission board of inquiry scheduled to begin Wednesday, April 23, in Liverpool is not proceeding.

Parties in the case of Lisa Mauger v. Liverpool Subway Limited are working towards a settlement. Details of the settlement will be available online at http://humanrights.gov.ns.ca once finalized.
