Lower Sackville RCMP investigate robbery, Fall River, N.S.

Lower Sackville RCMP are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Petro Canada service station on Hwy 2 on August 30th, 2014.

At 10:13 p.m., Lower Sackville RCMP were contacted about a robbery at the local business where a male entered the business and demanded a quantity of lottery tickets and cash before fleeing the business on foot.

Members responded and further investigation revealed that the male employee was counting money in the till when he was confronted by a male who made threats towards him before he fled into a nearby wooded area on foot.

The suspect remains at large and the investigation continues.
