The Tancook Ferry is out of service due to a crack in the port propeller. Work is underway to remove and repair it.
It is uncertain when the ferry will return to service. Efforts are underway to secure a back-up ferry service.
An advisory will be issued and tweeted through @NS_TIR when back-up plans are confirmed.
