Chebucto West Community Health Board is accepting applications to our Community Development Fund from qualified non-profit and community based organizations. Grants of up to $5,000 are available.
We have a legislated mandate to be the eyes, ears and voice for our community’s health. The Board fosters community development, engages citizens and stakeholders to identify health priorities and make recommendations for improvements in health care services.
