A fire last night at Halifax Shopping Center is under investigation.
A small fire broke out in the Ben Moss Jewellery store forcing an evacuation of the mall near 10pm. Sprinklers were activated. Fire crews on scene ventilated the building and checked the area for potential hot spots.
The store suffered significant water and smoke damage as well as the scorching from the fire.
No known injurie were reported.
