Man arrested after early morning incident

Just after 4:00 am this morning a woman was walking home to her residence in the 5000 block of Charles Street in Halifax when she noticed a male following her.  The male began to run after her and she started to run home.  As he was running after her he was yelling sexual comments.  The woman managed to safely make it home where she then called police.  Officers arrived on scene and located a 28 year old male nearby matching the description given by the woman.   The Halifax man was arrested for Trespass by Night and Breaches of Court Orders and is currently in police custody.  The file remains under investigation at the time of this report.
