Man and woman charged with commercial break and enters

Investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Criminal Investigation Division have charged a man and a woman in relation to three break and enters into businesses that occurred earlier this month in Dartmouth.

Officers arrested a man and a woman without incident on October 21 in relation to break and enters that occurred on October 18 at Dave Doolittles, 90 Tacoma Drive; Trainyard General Store, 53 Portland Street; and Circle K store, 220 Victoria Road.

John Marven Wilson, 35, of Dartmouth, is facing three counts of break and enter and one count of breach of a release order.

Brittany Elizabeth Swinimer, 29, is facing three counts of break and enter and three counts of breach of probation.
