Man Arrested for Indecent Act – Halifax

Halifax Regional Police arrested a man for an indecent act that occurred yesterday in Halifax.

At 4:15 p.m. a woman was working in a business in the 1800 block of Hollis Street when she noticed a man, who had been inside the business earlier, standing on the street looking at her while he had his pants down. The suspect is described as a white man, bald, and wearing a grey hoodie and beige pants.

The suspect was known to another employee at this business and at 1:10 a.m. is morning, 41-year-old Mark Jason Murray of Halifax was arrested without incident at an apartment in the 5000 block of Inglis Street.

Murray is to appear in Halifax Court this morning to face charges of an indecent act.
