Man arrives at Dartmouth General with gunshot wounds

Members of the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating a report of a male arriving at Dartmouth General suffering from a gun shot wound.

At approximately 6:41 p.m. on December 15th, 2022, Investigators located a 36 year old male suffering from a gun shot wound at the Dartmouth General Hospital.  The males injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Investigators do not believe that this is a random incident. This matter is in the early stages of the investigation and limited details are available at this time.
