Man charged for third DUI in less than a month

From RCMP:

Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Halifax District responded to a 911 call last evening at 9:30 P.M. of an impaired driver on Hammonds Plains Road near Hatfield Farms.

RCMP located the 2004 Chev Impala and arrested 51-year-old Steven Donald CRAIN for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.  Mr. Crain was held in police custody and was to appear in Nova Scotia Provincial Court in Halifax this morning.  He is charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Blood Alcohol more 80mgs, and a Breach of a Recognizance.

On May 21, 2010 RCMP responded to a 911 call of a single motor vehicle crash involving Crain at the corner of Hammonds Plains Road and Grants Line Road.  Crain was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Blood Alcohol more than 80mgs.

On May 16, 2010 RCMP responded to a 911 call of an impaired driver on Hammonds Plains Road and located Crain's vehicle at the Irving service station.  Crain was impaired and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Blood Alcohol more than 80mgs.
