Man faces charges after search, Annapolis County, N.S.

RCMP charge man after search in Nictaux. On July 11th at approximately 3:00 p.m., Annapolis RCMP members executed a search warrant at a residence on Highway 10. A 30-year-old Annapolis County NS resident was arrested on scene without incident.

On July 11th at approximately 3:00 p.m., Annapolis RCMP members executed a search warrant at a residence on Highway 10. A 30-year-old Annapolis County NS resident was arrested on scene without incident.

Police seized a number of marijuana plants it various stages of growth. The suspect is presently on parole after a conviction on break and enter charges. The male had his Parole terminated and he was sent back to jail. The suspect is scheduled to appear in Annapolis Royal Provincial Court on September 8, 2014 and is facing charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
