The HRP/RCMP Integrated Guns and Gangs Unit executed two search warrants over the weekend.
On Friday night, officers from the unit executed search warrants at a residence on Highway 7 in East Preston and a condo at Kings Wharf in Dartmouth.
Police seized a quantity of marijuana, cannabis resin (hashish), cash and other drug related property.

A 28-year-old man from East Preston faces drug trafficking charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He will be appearing at Dartmouth Provincial Court on March 26th, 2014.
