Man discovered wandering around inside victim’s residence, police investigating

Police are investigating suspicious circumstances that occurred early Sunday morning in Halifax.

On May 15 at approximately 2:20 a.m. police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a residence in the 1600 block of Edward Street. A man entered a residence through an unlocked door and was walking around the residence. The man left the area on foot after being confronted by the resident.

The man is described as white, in his fifties with a heavy build and was wearing a grey hooded sweater.
