Man Has His Phone Stolen While Talking On It

On 20131202 at 7:50pm, HRP officers responded to a robbery call in the 0-100 block of Nantucket Avenue, Dartmouth.
A 23 year old male was on his I-Phone at the time and was approached by a male who grabbed his cell phone and ran off. A second male then punched the victim in the side of the head causing him to fall to the ground and the second suspect then fled the area. The victim had minor swelling to his face and refused EHS. The matter is still under investigation at this time by patrol and members of the General Investigative Section.
Suspect descriptions:
Suspect #1 Male, early 20’s dressed in dark clothing, hood up covering face
Suspect #2, Male, black toque, grey vest with dark arms, approximately 6’
