On 20131202 at 10:56pm, HRP officers responded to a motor vehicle versus pedestrian collision at the intersection of the Bedford Highway and Larry Uteck Blvd. 

The vehicle driven by an 58 year old female was heading North bound and lawfully proceeding through a green light to make a left turn onto Larry Uteck Blvd and impacted a 24 year old male pedestrian in the crosswalk. The male was taken to hospital with a leg injury and for assessment but nothing life-threatening. The traffic conditions at the time were foggy and dark and based on the investigation no charges are anticipated under the MV Act.
