At 0212 hrs Halifax Regional Police responded to Highway 102 at the Lacewood ramps for a report of a vehicle that had struck something. A member of Tantallon RCMP was traveling on Highway 102 and came across the accident. It appears a male was on the Highway when he was struck by a vehicle traveling outbound towards Bedford. The male was pronounced dead at the scene. Accident investigation as well as FIS are presently on scene continue the investigation.
