  Police have arrested a male in connection with a stabbing incident early this morning.

 

Police have arrested a male in connection with a stabbing incident early this morning.
On March 4th at approx. 2:35 AM the Halifax Regional Police responded to The Palace, 1721 Brunswick St. in Halifax to a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, members located a 22 yr old male who had been stabbed in the abdomen. EHS attended the scene and the party was removed to the hospital with a serious but non – life threatening injury. Witnesses at the scene provided police with a description of the party responsible for the attack and within approximately 5 minutes patrol units located and arrested a male suspect. This matter remains under investigation at this time but it is expected that charges will be forthcoming.
