Police are looking for assistance from the public after two separate incidents overnight.

 
Stabbing
At about 4:06 am Halifax Regional Police responded to the parkade located at 1554 Hollis Street in Halifax for an injured person. Upon arrival officers located a male on the Granville Street level who had been stabbed. The victim, a 28 year old male, was taken to the QE2 Health Science Centre with life threatening injuries. Members of the Integrated General Investigation Section and Forensic Identification  Section were called in to continue the investigation.
 
Break And Enter
At about 8:00 a.m. Halifax Regional Police responded to a break and enter at the Pharmachoice Drug store located at 382 Portland Street in Dartmouth. An employee discovered the break when reporting for work and contacted police. The suspects entered the business and stole items from the store and smoke shop. Officers are still on scene continuing the investigation.
