Here is another new proposal by W.M Fares for a development in the North End of Halifax. The proposal is for an 8-storey mixed-used building at the corner of Maynard & Roberts St.

It will have 70 units ranging from bachelor to 2 bedroom and 67 underground parking spots. This proposal is directly across Roberts St from the nearly complete Q-lofts development, and just a few blocks from the Harris East development which is under construction.
