Millbrook RCMP Investigates Stabbing

Police are investigating an assault with a weapon that occurred earlier this morning in Millbrook.
At approximately 2:19 a.m., officers from Millbrook RCMP responded to a report of a stabbing at a home on Martin Cr.  A preliminary investigation has determined that a 22-year-old male was stabbed by an unknown male who was present in the home.
The victim was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers are in the early stages of the investigation and asking anyone with information regarding this incident to please contact the Millbrook RCMP at 1-902-893-6819 or any RCMP Detachment, local police. Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award from $50 – $2000
