IWK Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Dawson Lively, who has gone missing from the IWK Health Centre in Halifax.

Dawson has brown hair, is 134 lbs, and is approx. 5’7 tall. He was last seen wearing two hoodies, brown over grey, both up, grey sweatpants, navy blue crocs and no socks.

The patient’s risk increases with the length of time he is away from treatment.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
