The Inverness County District RCMP continues to seek assistance from the public in finding 78-year-old Derek Kruger, last seen at an Antigonish gas station on September 29.
The search for Kruger commenced on October 4. Following the discovery of his red Mazda Miata on a logging road in the Greenfield area of Colchester County, an extensive search was undertaken. Despite following several leads, no recent updates have emerged in the case.
Currently, the investigation is active, and there are no signs suggesting criminal involvement.
Derek Kruger is described as having a height of 5 feet 4 inches, brown hair, and he wears glasses and a hearing aid.
The disappearance of an individual deeply affects both the missing person and their loved ones.
The RCMP is urging anyone with even seemingly minor information about Kruger’s whereabouts in late September and early October to come forward, as it may be crucial in locating him.
