Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 32-year-old man. 

Jesse Laurance Raymond Phillips was last heard from on August 5. Jesse is often known to be in the Fairview area of Halifax.

Jesse is described as approximately 6’ tall, 120 lbs., brown eyes and black hair.

There is no information to suggest that Jesse has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for his well-being.

Police are asking Jesse or anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or by using the P3 Tips app.
