Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 63-year-old woman. 

Cecilia Hay was last seen this morning in the area of Armview Terrace in Halifax. Cecilia is visiting from Alberta and is not familiar with the area.

Cecilia is described as white, approximately 5’8” tall, medium build, with green eyes and medium length blonde hair.

There is no information to suggest that Cecilia has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for her well-being.

Police are asking Cecilia or anyone with information on her whereabouts to call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or by using the P3 Tips app.
