Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 34-year-old Tyffani Poirier, who has gone missing from an Annapolis Valley hospital.

Tyffani has a slim build, long brown hair, 145 lbs., 5’10-6’0 tall, a phoenix tattoo on the back of her neck, butterfly tattoo on her lower back, and a gap in her front upper teeth.

She was last seen wearing blue flowery pajamas, a thigh length grey coat, and a purple printed headband.

Tyffani requires medication on a set schedule and the risk of health deterioration increases the longer she is away from treatment. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
