The 14-year-old teen, who was reported missing from New Minas, has been located and is safe.

The RCMP is requesting the public to assist them in locating Makaela Westhaver, 14 years old, who was last seen leaving a residence in New Minas last evening.
Westhaver is white, 5-foot-1 and 120 pounds, and when last seen she was wearing a dark blue crop top, fenim shorts, and burgundy hi-top sneakers. She has long brown hair that she usually wears braided or in a ponytail. She may be wearing glasses.
