Update: The man who was reported missing yesterday from Cole Harbour has been located.

Halifax District RCMP is asking for public assistance to locate 49-year-old Francis Joseph Winters.

Winters was reported missing last evening. He was last seen last seen by family on Thursday, May 17 in Cole Harbour.

He is white, 5’9 and weighs 126 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing blue jeans, blue sweat-shirt, black sneakers and a black baseball cap.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Francis Joseph Winters is asked to contact the Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020.
