Halifax District RCMP is asking for public assistance to locate 14-year-old Julia Russell. Russell’s family last spoke with her on Saturday at a restaurant on Sackville Dr. in Lower Sackville.

She is white, 5’6 and weighs 100 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes. No clothing description is available.
