Update: The RCMP located the body of Ted Thomas, who was reported missing on March 21.

Early Friday afternoon, the body of Mr. Thomas was located in the Meaghers Grant area. Foul play is not suspected.

Halifax District RCMP is asking for public assistance to locate 44-year-old Ted Thomas.

Thomas was last seen around 3 a.m. yesterday morning when he left his home on Lays Lake Rd. in Meaghers Grant. He is white, 5’7, medium build, brown hair, blue eyes, and wearing a khaki coloured coat, camouflage pants, and work boots.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ted Thomas is asked to call Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can also contact Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submit tips by Secure Web Tips atwww.crimestoppers.ns.ca.
