This salsa has been quoted as “The Best Salsa I’ve Ever Had!” by anyone that has ever tried it.
8-10 cups tomatoes,diced (size depends on how chunky you like the salsa)
4 cups green pepper,diced
1/4 cup jalapeno pepper,diced
2 cups onion,diced
4 cloves garlic,minced
2 14oz cans tomato paste (I only use 1 1/2 cans,personal taste)
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp oregano
Bring all ingredients to a boil,then simmer for1 hour.Bottle in sterilized jars.Makes approximately 6 mason jars.
