Monday night gunfire in Bedford not a random incident, say police

HRP release:

Police are investigating a firearm related call that occurred Monday evening in Bedford.

At approximately 11:00pm on October 16, 2023, police responded to a report of multiple gunshots being heard in the area of Ahmadi Crescent in Bedford. Police located evidence to suggest that a firearm had been used and that several vehicles located at one address were found to be damaged.

Police do not believe that this is a random incident. This matter is in the early stages of the investigation and limited details are available at this time.
